DID YOU KNOW? Women have the most success in a boot camp/small group training environment because women are connectors in nature, and therefore feel especially motivated by like-minded goals, connection, and accountability in a group!
That being said, I want to help YOU, you amazing woman, you, have motivation, accountability, and fun while working out!
WHAT IS IT: “Boot Camp” style workouts, outside in my backyard, with lots of bodyweight movements, simple equipment, and go-at-your-own pace so that ALL fitness levels are welcome!
WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 6 AM to 7 AM
WHERE: Use the form below to email me if interested, and I will send you the location address
WHO: Women only! College aged to 30s, all fitness levels. Make sure you bring friends!
WHAT TO BRING: A set of hand weights, if you have them; a workout mat, if you have one; water bottle; a friend and a good attitude!
COST: $50 per month (due on the 1st of the month) membership for unlimited boot camp sessions. $10 for a drop-in class.
Bring-a-friend discount: Every time you bring a friend, you get $2 off the next month’s membership cost! If that friend joins and gets a membership, you get $5 off next month’s membership cost!
