I know I said I am taking a break, and I still am, BUT I guest-blogged on my best friend Chelsea’s site for a recipe for Blueberry Cake Donuts. (Click link to see the post 🙂 )
I used to love eating glazed blueberry cake donuts at Shipley’s in college. Man oh man were they my favorite. Of course, I stopped eating them when I went gluten free and started watching my health. I recently ate one again after not having had one for over two years. It was a breakthrough moment for me…(more on that later) but I also was slightly disappointed. They honestly didn’t taste as good as I remembered. A little artificial and weird. Whaaaa?
That’s when I decided to make them on my own. So here’s the recipe. And I love them. I think you (and your body) will love them, too!! They are paleo, gluten free, dairy free, and have no refined sugar. Enjoy!
